We’re a pretty diverse bunch, but we all share a common goal: helping you succeed
online.
Whether that means making your web vision a reality, or helping you navigate the
wide world of the web on your own, we invite you to meet a few of us. We look forward
to working with you.
Jeff, Manager, Design Services
After serving in the Army and working for an advertising agency for several years,
Jeff eventually returned to what he really loves: graphic design. As one of the
leaders on Web.com’s custom design team, Jeff has worked to launch more than 12,000
small- and medium-size business websites! He and his team specialize in high-end
creative work and also create hundreds of designs for Web.com’s design library.
So if you need Flash added to your website or Photoshop touch-ups on your images,
Jeff’s group is on it. When he’s not taking care of customers, Jeff and his wife
stay busy running after their two young sons.
Billy, Design Services
Billy says his passion for photography makes him a better web designer. We think
he just has a sharp eye for good design. He says one of the most rewarding parts
of his job is taking his client’s challenges and solving them with design. From
the looks of all the thank you notes he’s saved over the years, he must be doing
something right.
Robyn, Quality Assurance
Did you catch that double-colon typo? No? Robyn would have, which is exactly why
she’s a great asset to Web.com’s Q/A team – and your website. Every day, Robyn scrutinizes
between 15 and 18 sites before they’re published, catching tiny typos, spelling
errors, and the all-too-common misuses of it’s and its. Good thing she loves to
read, which she also does in her spare time. But Robyn definitely doesn't fit the
typical bookworm stereotype: She was among the select group of individuals who carried
the Olympic torch in the 1996 Olympic Torch Relay in Atlanta.
Scott, Project Coordinator
Scott can certainly attest to the power of a well-built website. Recently, one of
his clients received a call from a potential customer wanting to hire her for a
job – less than an hour after her site had published! As a Web.com project coordinator,
Scott is the glue that holds all the pieces of a project together. No surprise,
then, that he’s also adept at keeping it together during one of his volunteer positions:
working with very active four-year-olds at his church.
Kimleah, Project Coordinator
Kimleah is a recent first-time homebuyer, and she was intimidated at first by the
seemingly complicated process of buying a house. But looking back, Kimleah views
the experience as positive in many ways: Not only is she a proud homeowner, she
can also relate to the customers she serves on a new level. As Kimleah demonstrates
to Web.com customers every day, creating and publishing a site is not nearly as
difficult as one might think.
