I would definitely consider starting a blog and Facebook Business Page for your business, but make sure you first do your homework on blogging and Facebook best practices. Once you've got the know-how down, you'll need to invest the time into keeping up with both, as you don't want to have a stale presence! Think of blogging and Facebook as a way to have an actual back-and-forth conversation with your online audience, so set both up in a way that they would find interesting and useful, and provide them with insightful content.
