Despite the numerous pressures and challenges of today’s operative environment for small businesses, there is a new state of being for many small business owners: much more satisfied. A new Gallup poll shows that small business owners’ satisfaction levels have returned to the same level as 2008, which was still during the recession, but before the full impact of the financial crisis. Presently, the poll reveals that 4 out of 10 small business owners identify themselves as extremely or very successful. There is still room to improve, however — satisfaction levels do not match pre-recession levels yet.
Let’s hope that satisfaction levels keeps rising . . . we are in business to support the success of small businesses and it is rewarding for us to see so many small businesses prospering. Keep it up . . .and check out Gallup’s poll on the small businesses.
