Chief Executive Officer and President
Sharon brings deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of leading multibillion-dollar high-tech companies that serve small- and medium-sized businesses, financial markets and enterprise customers. Prior to joining Web.com in January 2019, she served as CEO of ReachLocal, a public digital marketing company, leading it through a strategic transformation and the 2016 sale to Gannett. At Gannett, Sharon served as president of the USA TODAY NETWORK Marketing Solutions business while continuing to serve as CEO of ReachLocal. Prior CEO positions include Penton Media, Altegrity, and Thomson Financial. Additionally, Sharon serves on the board of directors for Pegasystems, a global software company, and Everbridge, a critical event management and enterprise safety applications company. Among several prestigious accomplishments, she was named Customer Focused CEO of the Year in the 2016 CEO World Awards, won the Gold Stevie Award for Female Executive of the Year in 2016, and was also named Female CEO of the Year in the 2016 One Planet Awards. Sharon received her Postgraduate Certificate in education from the University of London and her BA in history from the University of Newcastle, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
Chief Financial Officer
Christina brings more than 20 years of financial experience and is responsible for Web.com’s financial strategy and finance operations. Most recently, she held leadership positions with Siris Capital portfolio companies Stratus Technologies, Inc., which she joined in 2016 as CFO, and Airvana. Previously, she held a series of positions at both Sycamore Networks Inc. and Vitronics Soltec. Christina has an MBA from Babson College and a BS in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
Chief Information Officer
Michael is an IT industry veteran with over 25 years of experience. Prior to Web.com Group, he served as SVP at OneCall heading up Infrastructure, cloud and IT Security. While there, Michael drove the service culture transformation across Infrastructure, and helped lead the development of modern cloud infrastructure practices. Michael also has extensive global IT leadership experience from his time at JPMorganChase, BBVA, and Reed Elsevier in various IT leadership positions.
Chief Executive Officer
Mark comes with extensive corporate experience. Previously the CEO of an international security countermeasures company, Mark was responsible for Asia-Pacific distribution agreements with Korean manufacturers of technology and Internet based security products. Continuing his move up the corporate ladder, Mark moved on to a very successful long-term career in Sales & Marketing for one of Australia's largest, most admired billion dollar private companies. Here, Mark was renowned for his precise planning, strategy and execution, as well as the building of highly successful teams with winning cultures. Since being appointed CEO, Mark has proven himself as a true leader of Dreamscape Networks. Soon after his arrival, the company experienced the rapid global growth that has cemented its status as a market leader.
Chief People Officer
Deb was named Chief People Officer in September 2019 and is responsible for all aspects of Web.com’s global human resources strategy. Her prior assignments include executive leadership responsibility for human resources, mergers & acquisitions integrations, global real estate, and strategic business planning at technology and financial services companies including; Novanta, ADI, Fidelity Investments, and Sycamore Networks. She served as an adjunct professor in the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. Deb has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Chief Product Officer
Chris joined Web.com in April 2019 as Chief Product Officer, bringing a wealth of cloud, hosting, network, and managed-services experience to the company. Prior to joining Web.com, he served as Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing at QTS Data Centers, and held several senior leadership positions at Sungard Availability Services, Cbeyond, and CenturyLink Technology Solutions (formerly Savvis) where he focused on product management and product development. Chris has a master’s degree in information management from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS from Kansas State University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Ted is a veteran of telecom and technology and joined Web.com in April 2019 as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Web.com, he served as CMO of TiVo and CMO of Rovi (later acquired by TiVo) where he led all communication and marketing, redefined the company narrative, and led the integration and creation of a single global marketing function responsible for brand, creative, PR, product marketing and go-to-market for both B2B and B2C marketing efforts. Ted has a BA in economics and business from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Penn State.
Chief Customer Officer
Rob brings more than 30 years of experience as a leader in Operations and Customer Care. Prior to Web.com Group, he held senior positions with Hertz, HSNi, Ticketmaster, Electronic Processing Source and Continental Guest Services in New York. Rob was instrumental in raising customer service levels at HSNi Sales and Service centers and helped to establish flexible workforce standards for the industry through an innovative Work-at-Home program. As Executive Vice President of Contact Centers and Retail Locations at Ticketmaster, he was responsible for the integration of operations for 13 U.S. call centers and over 3,000 teleservice representatives. A native of New York, Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University.
