Chief Customer Officer
Rob brings more than 30 years of experience as a leader in Operations and Customer Care. Prior to Web.com Group, he held senior positions with Hertz, HSNi, Ticketmaster, Electronic Processing Source and Continental Guest Services in New York. Rob was instrumental in raising customer service levels at HSNi Sales and Service centers and helped to establish flexible workforce standards for the industry through an innovative Work-at-Home program. As Executive Vice President of Contact Centers and Retail Locations at Ticketmaster, he was responsible for the integration of operations for 13 U.S. call centers and over 3,000 teleservice representatives. A native of New York, Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Pepperdine University.
