• Web.com had previously announced plans to participate in the Wells Fargo Technology, Media & Telecom Conference at the New York Palace in New York City, on Wednesday, November 7. Due to the severity of the weather forecast for New York City and vicinity on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, and the predicted further deterioration of conditions, the management team will not be traveling to New York for this event.
• Web.com management has accepted an invitation to present at the J.P. Morgan 11^th Annual SMid Cap Conference being held at the J.P. Morgan Conference Center, 383 Madison Avenue in New York City on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 1 p.m. ET. Audio of the presentation will be webcast live in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (http://ir.web.com) and will be accessible for a limited time after the event.

In addition, the Company expects to be actively meeting with investors over the next several weeks as management continues fourth quarter marketing and works on the previously-announced re-pricing of its First Lien Credit Facility.
