(NasdaqGM:WWWW - News) announced today that shareholders of Web.com have approved the adoption of the merger agreement between Web.com and Website Pros, and Website Pros stockholders approved the issuance of Website Pros common stock to Web.com shareholders in the transaction. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to occur on September 30, 2007, or as soon as possible thereafter.
