Lesbians Who Tech Summit: February 26-March 1, 2015, San Francisco
The Lesbians Who Tech summit is the only event focused on increasing visibility and tech participation in two historically underrepresented communities: the women’s and LGBTQ communities. This year’s event is expected to bring together over 1,000 LGBTQ women in technology and their supporters.
Global Tech Women “Voices” Conference, March 8-15, 2015, Virtual event
This online event brings together women in technology from around the globe for the week of International Women’s Day, March 8. Representatives from companies, institutions and academia will discuss, collaborate and celebrate the contributions of technical women virtually, with all sessions recorded and available for viewing at any time. Participants can network with technical women regionally, nationally and internationally.
Innotech’s Women in Tech Summit: April 16, 2015, Dallas, Texas
This year’s Women in Tech Summit – The Speed of Change is a special event designed specifically for women in IT. This event includes a fireside chat, two panel presentations, lunch and networking.
Women in Technology Summit: May 31-June 2, 2015, San Jose, California
At WITI’s 26th annual summit, women in technology including executives, entrepreneurs and thought leaders from around the world gather to share ideas, collaborate on innovative business solutions and explore business opportunities with others dedicated to using technology to effect change.
Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing: October 14 – 16, 2015, Houston, Texas
Started in 1994, GHC is now the world’s largest gathering of women in technology, with the 2015 event expected to attract over 8,000 attendees from around the world. Each conference features keynote speeches by prominent women in technology, career workshops and technical tracks from leading researchers. (Last year’s event sparked a firestorm of controversy when Microsoft’s Satya Nadella told women they shouldn’t ask for raises.)
