  • Q: Why do I need gift cards?

    A: The Gift Card Services offered through empowers our small business customers to grow their customer base and to increase sales and profits through loyalty and convenience. Gift cards allow small businesses to drive both new and returning customers who will purchase with greater frequency.

  • Q: What is the process for signing up?

    • Simply call our dedicated sales team today at (877) 543-5107.
    • You will then be able to apply your business information on our ready-made design gift cards.
    • Once approved, you should receive your Starter Kit which includes 30 plastic gift cards, card sleeves, in-store display holder and store stickers within 5 to 7 business days which will include information about the cards, as well as directions on how to login to view sales activity, load your cards and conduct transactions. You will also be able to sell gift cards on your website within 5 to 7 business days as our web team will update your website to include a gift card link, landing page and order form automatically.
  • Q: How long does the enrollment process take?

    A: Your account approval process should take less than two business days and you will receive an email notification that provides you with the necessary login information to manage your gift card program. Once you've been approved, your cards will be shipped to you in approximately 5 to 7 business days.

  • Q: What information do I need to provide on the application?

  • Q: I sell paper gift certificates now. Why should I switch to gift cards?

    A: With plastic gift cards, you don't have to give cash back on the remaining balances, which ensures the original gift card purchase will remain within your business. Plastic gift cards make it much easier and more professional to present to customers as well as easier to promote in your store.

  • Q: Is it easy for me to withdraw from the program?

    A: Because we at feel that this program is truly a competitive advantage for your business, this gift card program does not have a cancellation fee or a contract. Before you cancel, you will need to login and generate a report of all outstanding gift card balances and you would be responsible to honor any active cards in circulation; as you would no longer have the ability to redeem those cards and update any remaining balance. You would have to return any remaining balance on the card to the customer in another form of store credit or cash. Any cards you have that were not sold would be deactivated and are not transferrable.

  • Q: What if I have multiple stores?

    A: If you have multiple stores, you will be able to sell gift cards under one account.

  • Q: Is there a Virtual Terminal that I can use to process orders from gift cards?

    A: Yes, you will have access to a Virtual Terminal which requires only an internet connection. You will be able to load gift cards when customers wish to purchase them as well as process them during a purchase.

  • Q: Will I need to purchase additional equipment?

    A: No, you should be able to use your existing POS system. You can purchase a stand-alone terminal or compatible USB card reader with our merchant partner e-onlinedata who will ensure that the correct software is included to work with your gift cards.   • Q: Will I be able to use my existing equipment?

    A: We cannot guarantee that your existing credit card equipment will work. But you may contact our merchant partner e-onlinedata at (877)238- 3063 to confirm if your credit card equipment has the capability and required software to work properly. If additional equipment is needed e-onlinedata will provide stand-alone equipment including software and instructions.

  • Q: Do I need a separate phone line?

    A: You won't need a separate phone line to process payments if you choose to process your payments via the Internet.
