If you are an Email account administrator, you can access email through your Web.com Account Manager.
Please select how you access your Account Manager.
Account Manager
If you log in via the Account Center, the following steps are for you.
- Log in to your Account manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- Click Professional Email on the left side of the page.
- On the Mailbox List Page, click the vertical ellipsis on the mailbox you wanted to access, then click Webmail Login from the option.
You will be brought to the webmail login page. Enter your login credentials to access your email account successfully.
Support.web.com
Follow the steps below if you log in to your account via support.web.com
- Log in to your account via https://support.web.com.
- Select the All Services tile.
- Click the Access link in the Email row.
You will be brought to the webmail login page. Enter your login credentials to access your email account successfully.
From Your Internet Browser
Instead of logging into the Account Manager each time to access your email, you can:
- Open a new window in your browser.
- In the address bar, type mail.<your domain name>.<your domain extension>.
For example, if your domain is janesbagels and your domain extension is .com, you should type mail.janesbagels.com in the address bar.
- Enter your login credentials on the login page.
- Click the Login button
