How Do I Access My Website Builder through the Website Portal?

Important: This article only applies to customers who log in through support.web.com.

To access your Website Builder, follow these steps: 

  1. Log into your Support Portal. Click here to access the Customer Sign In page.

  2. Log in using your Username and Password. If you do not remember this information, click the Forgot your password link or call 1-800-311-2707 for customer support.

  3. Hover over the Websites icon on the Support Portal Home page.

  4. Click on the blue Manage link on the right side of the screen that lines up with the Website Builder (Product) and Domain (Product Name) you are trying to access. 

If you are on the phone with an agent who is currently accessing your Website Builder or if you recently submitted modification requests through the online submission form, you may see the following message:

"Note: You can click Continue to Edit. However, if someone is attempting to make changes to your site, the builder may overwrite those if you are logged in as well."

You have arrived at the Overview tab of your Website Builder.
