How to Access Website Builder Through Website Portal

Need help finding the Website Builder login within your website portal? Many users who access their accounts through support.web.com encounter this confusion. This guide simplifies the process for you! Follow these steps to access Website Builder through the Website Portal and start editing your website in no time.

Important: This article only applies to customers who log in through support.web.com. If you are logging in using web.com/my-account/loginogin, refer to this article: How Do I Access My Website Builder?

Access Website Builder Through Website Portal 

To access the Website Builder portal login, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to https://support.web.com/ to access the Customer Sign In page.

  2. Log in using your Username and Password. If you do not remember this information, click the Forgot your password link or call 1-800-311-2707 for customer support.
  3. Hover over the Websites icon on the Support Portal Home page.

  4. Click on the blue Manage link on the right side of the screen that lines up with the Website Builder (Product) and Domain (Product Name) you are trying to access.

If you are on the phone with an agent who is currently accessing your Website Builder or if you recently submitted modification requests through the online submission form, you may see the following message:

Note: You can click Continue to Edit. However, if someone is attempting to make changes to your site, the builder may overwrite those if you are logged in as well.

You have reached the Overview tab of your Website Builder.

Review

You've successfully accessed Website Builder through the Website Portal. Now, you can start editing, customizing, and publishing your website. Remember to save your changes frequently and preview your website before making it live.
