How to Access Reports in eCommerce

Your eCommerce dashboard holds various reports for all the attributes of your online business. This includes sales analysis, top-selling items, etc. Read more below to learn how to access reports in eCommerce.

How to Access Reports

  1. Log in to https://www.web.com/my-account/login
  2. In your Account Manager,
    • If you have one eCommerce product, you will be redirected to the eCommerce Dashboard right away. ​
    • If you have more than one eCommerce product, you will see a list of your eCommerce products. Click Launch next to the product you would like to set up to go to the eCommerce Dashboard.
  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Store on the left navigation menu, then select Reporting.

  4. On this page, you will see all available reports in the Reporting section.

  5. To view the report that you want to access, click the View Report button.

    Here are the categories and the reports provided for your business:

    • Cost of Goods Sold (Details)

    • Sales Tax by Order

    • Sales Analysis

  6. The next page will show all the parameters and other options. Set preferred parameters. Once complete, click the Apply button.
