eCommerce: Shipping Settings

Configuring shipping settings allows you to set the delivery rates of customers’ purchases. You can also provide free shipping whenever they reach a minimum order amount. Follow the steps below to add or change your shipping settings within your eCommerce account.

Adding Shipping Settings

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. In your Account Manager:
    • Click eCommerce on the left side of the page, then click LAUNCH.
      Note: If you have one eCommerce product, you will be directly routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
  3. Click Store on the left navigation menu, then select Settings.

  4. Click the Manage button on the Shipments card.

  5. Go to the Online Store tab.
    In Shipments Settings, select the Online Store Tab

  6. You have the following options:
    Store Shipping Options
    • Flat Rate – Click this radio button and enter an amount in the First item field to set a price for single-item orders. If you would like to charge an additional fee for more than one item, enter an amount in the Additional items field.
    • Charge Per Product – Click this option if you want to manage your shipping cost for each product. You can set a shipping cost for each product within your Product Detail by following the steps below:
      1. Click Store on the left navigation menu, then select Products.
      2. Select the product you want to update.
      3. Click on the My Store tab.
      4. Scroll down to the bottom, and you will find the Fulfillment Types.
        Fulfillment Types

    • Real Time Rate – select this option if you want to automatically set the shipping costs for each order based on the USPS (United States Postal Service) rate. To enable this option, you must integrate USPS as a shipping carrier. Please see How to Set Up Real Time Shipping in eCommerce and eCommerce: Add a Shipping Carrier for more information.
  7. Click the Save button on the top-right portion of the page.
