How to Set Your eCommerce Store Pickup Location

Customers can choose whether they like to have their item or parcel delivered to their doorstep or have it picked up in a certain location. Follow the steps below to set up your eCommerce store pickup location. Your pickup information will show on order confirmation emails and product list pages.

How to Add a Pickup Address

Follow the steps below to set up your online store pickup point:

1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
   • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.
     
      
3. On the left navigation menu, click Store, then select Settings from the options.
   
    
4. Scroll down and look for the Shipments tile, then click the Manage button.
   
    
5. Go to the Online Store tab.
   
    
6. Scroll down to the Pickup Address section. You will have the following options:
   • Tick the checkbox to use your Shipping Origin Address as the pickup address.
     
      
   • Uncheck the box to manually enter a pickup address of your choice.
     

     Note: You also have the option to add pickup instructions in the Pickup Instruction field.

7. Once done with your updates, click the Save button on the upper-right portion of the page.
