Online Store and Online Marketplaces—Adding a Pickup Location

Overview

Customers can choose whether they like to have their item or parcel delivered to their doorstep or have it picked up in a certain location. Follow the steps below to know how to add a pick-up location on your eCommerce dashboard.

Adding a Pickup Location

  1. Once inside the eCommerce Dashboard, click Store on the left navigation menu, then select Settings.

  2. Click the Manage button on the Shipments card.

  3. In the Shipment Settings page, click on the Online Store tab.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom part and find the Pickup Address section.

  5. You may toggle the checkbox by ticking it on to use your Shipping Origin Address as the pickup address.

  6. If you choose not to use the same address, you can toggle it off by ticking the checkbox off, and more options will show for you to manually enter the pickup address of your choice.

    Note: You can also add a pickup instruction in the Pickup Instruction field. This is optional.
  7. Scroll back to the top of the page and click on the Save button.
