eCommerce: How to Add Product Images
Want to boost your online store? Knowing how to add product images is key! In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to upload eye-catching product photos and get your store looking its best.
You can add images to your website through your Site Editor. For information on adding images through your Site Editor, please visit Adding and Customizing Images.
How to Add Images to your Product Catalog
- Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- In your Account Manager, click eCommerce on the left side of the page, then click LAUNCH.
Note: If you have one eCommerce product, you will be directly routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
- Once inside your eCommerce account, click Store on the left menu, then select Products.
- On the Product page, select the product that you want to add an image to.
Note: If you are trying to create a new product, please refer to the article How to Add a Product to Your eCommerce Site. - Then, on the Product Details page, go to the Images tab.
- Click the Upload Image button.
- Then, you will have the following options:
- Enter a URL – If you are using an image from an online source, enter the URL of the image you wish to add.
- Upload a File – Choose Upload a File to directly select an image from your computer or device.
- After entering the image URL or selecting the image from your computer or device, click Save to upload the image.
- Once the image is uploaded, it will show up in the Images tab.
- Then, go to the Basic Information tab and click the Save button.
You have added an image to your Product Catalog.
