To set up and use the MyLinks page, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On your Account Manager homepage:
- Click eCommerce on the left menu if you have an eCommerce plan.
- If you only have one package, you will be automatically redirected to your eCommerce dashboard.
- If you have multiple packages, click LAUNCH next to the eCommerce product you want to manage.
- Click Websites on the left menu if you have a Website plan, then click on LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER for the plan you want to manage.
- Click eCommerce on the left menu if you have an eCommerce plan.
- Once inside your eCommerce account, click Marketing on the left menu, then select MyLinks in the drop-down menu.
- In the empty box, enter a name you want for your MyLinks page. The name you type will show on top of your page, but you can update it when you edit the page layout. However, the URL remains the same. Next, click Get Started to proceed.
- You will have either of the options below:
- Start with a blank template.
- Hit Continue after choosing the Start with blank template option.
- After that, you need to replace the image with something relevant. You can do so by uploading from your device or choosing from free stock photos. Next, type in a description for the page and change the social media links with your account details.
- Next, proceed to step 3 in the "How Do I Edit My MyLinks Page?" section below.
- Let us create your content for you.
- Type keyword(s) or topic(s) in the empty box separated by commas and hit Continue.
- The AI (Artificial Intelligence) will choose the most suitable image, create a page description, and fill in example links for your social media and other related links.
- If you want to design the look and feel of your MyLinks page, you can go to step 3 in the "How Do I Edit My MyLinks Page?" section below.
- Type keyword(s) or topic(s) in the empty box separated by commas and hit Continue.
- Start with a blank template.

Access your eCommerce dashboard. From there, select the Marketing tab, and then choose MyLinks.

You should see the option to Edit Mylinks Site, which you can click on.

This will take you to the editing page, where you can modify various sections of your site. Click any of the buttons below to learn more about each section:
- Top of Card – In this section, you can:
- Add or modify the Page Heading.
- Add a Subheader and Page Description (optional).
- Choose an image frame.
- Edit the image.
- Social Media – You can embed your social media profiles on your page. This feature allows you to keep all your profiles in one place.
- + Add New Link button – This allows you to add different types of links.
Note: If you need to delete a section or link, hit the Delete Section or Delete Link option within each section.
- Adding a URL link is one way of linking to your favorite video, blog site, best-selling product, and more. Type a URL you want site visitors to see, then edit the button text accordingly. You can also add an image using the button you're creating.
- If you want to include an image that links to your website, you can use an Image link. You can add a button text and enter the target URL, and you have two options: display the image on your MyLinks page or link to the original website.
- To share videos, you can use a Video link. You can add a button text and enter the target URL, but make sure to use a valid video link - either a MOV or MP4 file. You can also add an image for the button and have two options for your video: display it on your MyLinks page or link to the original website. If you need to add a cloud share video, link it to your page through the URL Link option instead, which is mentioned above.
- If you want to share your YouTube videos, you can use a YouTube link. Text can be assigned to a button, and the URL for which this button will be used as a way to reach the target page can be entered. You may attach an image to your button as well. There are two options with YouTube videos: they appear on your MyLinks page or link to the original website. You may also set further limits on YouTube content, such as age restrictions, sensitive material, etc.
- If you want to collect your site visitor's contact information, you can include a Contact Form on your page. You can add a button text, enter the target URL, create a new contact form, or choose an existing one. You'll be taken to a new page if you need to create a new contact form. You can also add an image for the button you're creating.
- If you want site visitors to contact you directly from your MyLinks page, you can add a Call link. You can add a button text, enter your phone number, and associate an image with the button you're creating. Site visitors will be prompted to select an app on their device to call you after clicking the link.
- Adding a URL link is one way of linking to your favorite video, blog site, best-selling product, and more. Type a URL you want site visitors to see, then edit the button text accordingly. You can also add an image using the button you're creating.
- Add a Section button - You can add another section to your page and enter a description for that section.
- Designer Styles – You can select from a range of suggested designer styles for your page. To update the page design and customize it, you must choose the Custom option to change how the Background, Button, and Font look.
- Background – Customize the background style and color to give it a new look.
- Buttons – Modify the fill, outline, shadow, and color of the buttons on your page.
- Font – Choose the font style and color for your texts.
Once you are done editing, you can publish your MyLinks page.

After finishing editing your MyLinks page, it is important to check its overall layout and look. You can also preview how it appears on different devices like computers, tablets, and smartphones.

You can publish the page by clicking the Publish button located at the top right corner of the screen.
After publishing, the page will be live, and you can access it either by clicking the provided link or by adding it to your social media profiles.
Note: If you delete your MyLinks page, all the content and links will be removed as well.
- Access your eCommerce dashboard. From there, select the Marketing tab, and then choose MyLinks.
- You should see the option to Edit Mylinks Site, which you can click on.
- Next, click the Delete button on the top left of your screen.
- Lastly, confirm the deletion by clicking on the Delete Mylinks Site option on the pop-up that appears.
