How Do I Set My Domain to Auto-Renew?

Important: This article applies to customers who log in through support.web.com. If you log in through https://www.web.com/my-account/login, please refer to How Do I Manage Auto-Renew?

You can easily set your domain to automatically renew each year without contacting Web.com.

Follow these steps to set your domain to renew automatically.

  1. Log in to your account through support.web.com. The Home page of your Account Manager appears.
  2. Click the Domains tile. Notice that when you hover over the tile, the instructional text appears:

  1. On the Auto-Renew column, click the option to turn On next to the domain you want to renew each year automatically.

Note: Your domain cannot be set to auto-renew if it is less than 25 days from the next renewal date. Please call in to renew your domain if auto-renew is turned off and the domain expires in less than 25 days.
