How to Set a Domain to Auto-Renew
Automatic renewal helps make sure your domain renews before expiration. Setting your domain to auto-renew will give you the ability to continue using it. Learn how to set your domain to auto-renew each year.

How to Set Up Domain Auto-Renewal
Follow these steps to set up automatic domain renewal.
- Log in to your account through support.web.com. The Home page of your Account Manager appears.
- Click the Domains tile.
- On the Auto-Renew column, click the toggle to turn on the domain you want to set to auto-renew yearly.
- Currently, the feature to toggle off auto-renew is disabled. If you want to disable auto-renew, you will need to contact Customer Support.
- Your domain cannot be set to auto-renew if it is less than 25 days from the next renewal date. Please call in to renew your domain if auto-renew is turned off and the domain expires in less than 25 days.
