You can easily set your domain to automatically renew each year without contacting Web.com.
Follow these steps to set your domain to renew automatically.
- Log in to your account through support.web.com. The Home page of your Account Manager appears.
- Click the Domains tile. Notice that when you hover over the tile, the instructional text appears:
- On the Auto-Renew column, click the option to turn On next to the domain you want to renew each year automatically.
Note: Your domain cannot be set to auto-renew if it is less than 25 days from the next renewal date. Please call in to renew your domain if auto-renew is turned off and the domain expires in less than 25 days.
