Signing Out Automatically from Cloud Mail

Important: This article applies to customers with Cloud Mail. To determine your email version, see How Do I Determine My Email Platform?

Being idle in your Cloud Mail while signing in for a specific time will automatically log you out of the system, depending on the setting. Listed below are the steps on how to set up automatic sign-out in your Cloud Mail.

To change the automatic sign-out settings and define whether you are automatically signed out, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your email via mail.domain.ext. For example, if your domain name is example.com, you will need to enter mail.example.com in any browser.
  2. Click on the Settings button with the gear icon in the top-right corner.
