Determine My Email Platform

1. Open your internet browser.
2. In your address bar, type mail.yourdomainname.com. For example, if your domain name is example.com, type mail.example.com.
   
    
3. On the login page, type your mailbox name. For example, if your email is [email protected], type john.jones in the mailbox field.   
4. Enter the password for your email address.
5. When you log in to your email, compare your webmail version with the image below.  
   • If your email looks like this image, you have Cloud Email. 
   • If your email doesn’t look like this image, you have Webmail version 7.10.2.
