If your listing is in draft mode, follow the below steps.

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.

  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Store on the left navigation menu, then select Products.

  4. Click the Store Listings tab and select Store Draft Listings.

  5. Click the Actions menu on the product you want to update, then hit Details.

  6. Review and update the product information, then click Publish.

Orders are imported as often as every 5 minutes.

Refreshing listings means your eCommerce platform checks your sales channel for any new listings and then updates your listing details. Refreshing is vital if you made changes on your sales channel that you still need to make in your eCommerce platform. When there's a new listing, we automatically add that product to your eCommerce platform that you can later choose to add to your eCommerce store. We also tie any existing products to listings on your sales channel that weren't connected before, and complete the update.

We refresh your listings once every 24 hours. We also offer the option to refresh manually.

Yes, we support integrations for our social media channels. However, we don't offer a public API integration that you can use to connect unsupported third parties with us.

Currently, we do not support Built Product.

Currently, we do not support Shopify integrations. If you want your website visitors to view your Shopify store, you can add a link to the store on your website.

Moreover, we currently do not support Built Product or Shopify integrations, but you can still link your Shopify store to your website using a URL.
