What will happen to my existing Web.com account and services?

Your existing account and services will be transferred to Network Solutions. For most customers, your login will remain the same as it is today on Web.com. If your login changes, you will receive clear instructions via email on how to log in to your new Network Solutions account and manage your services. Rest assured that all your current services (domain names, website builder, hosting, etc.) will remain active during the transition.

Will my pricing or billing change?

There will be no changes to your pricing or billing as part of this consolidation. Your current pricing will remain the same.

Will I need to create a new account with Network Solutions?

You will not need to create a new account. Your Web.com account information will be transferred to Network Solutions. Most customers will be able to access all services and products under current credentials once the migration is complete. If your credentials are changing, you will be notified via email. For any issues accessing your account post-consolidation, you can call customer support at 866-227-1474.

How do I access my services after the consolidation?

Once the consolidation is complete, you will access your services through the Network Solutions Account Manager. You will be given instructions on how to log in using your existing credentials, and all your services will be available in the new dashboard.

Will my domain name registration or hosting be affected?

Your domain registration and hosting services will stay active without any service interruptions. However, during the consolidation process, you may temporarily have limited access to your Account Manager.

Will I still have access to customer support?

Yes, you will still have access to customer support via chat and voice support during published hours, which can be found at networksolutions.com. The support team is trained to handle any issues related to your previous services and can assist you in the transition process.

Will my email address or website change?

There will be no changes to your core services unless explicitly stated. Your email address and website URL will remain unchanged following the consolidation. Should any updates be necessary, Web.com will notify you in advance with clear instructions.

Can I continue to use Web.com’s tools or services after the consolidation?

Network Solutions is focused on making this transition as seamless as possible. We are committed to providing ongoing support for the tools and services you previously utilized on Web.com. Will my data be secure during the transition?

Will my account history be retained?

All your account history that you have today will be retained when you transition to Network Solutions. You will continue to have access to your account history through the Network Solutions account manager.

Will my renewal dates or contract terms change?

Your renewal dates will not change. You will have the same renewal dates, contract terms, and communication timing.

Will I need to update my DNS?

You do not need to make any DNS changes. Your Nameservers, a records, mx records and all other DNS will remain the same.

My account was recently migrated from MyDomain/Dotster. Will the support for my legacy products change in any way?

You will continue to receive the same level of support for your legacy products. There will be no changes to the support provided for these services.

Will the login link be changed?

Yes. After the consolidation, you will log in to your Account Manager via https://www.networksolutions.com/my-account/login.
