If you do not have a personal Facebook profile yet, you can create one for free by following these easy steps:

1. Go to Facebook.com.
2. Complete the following information and click Create new account:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Birthday (Month, Day, Year)
   • Gender
   • Email or Mobile Number
   • New Password
3. Visit your Facebook Business Page.
4. On the left side of the page, click the Like button with the thumbs-up icon under the cover photo.
   Make sure it says Liked after you click it.
5. After you have Liked the Page, give us a call—Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM E.T. A member of our Facebook Support team can grant you admin access.

Granting Web.com Access to Your Facebook Business Page

If Web.com (or Web.com Local Business Listings) is requesting access to your existing Facebook Business Page, then please follow these steps to accept the request:

1. Log into Facebook.
2. In your Facebook account, go to Notifications and click the admin request. Click the bell icon on the top right to view your most recent notifications.
   
    
3. If you are unable to locate Web.com's admin request, go to your Facebook Business Page and click Settings, then Page Roles.
   
    
4. Click the Respond to Request button in the Pending Partner Requests section.
   
    
5. Select Give Web.com (or Web.com Local Business Listings) access to my Page.
   
    
6. Click the Approve Request button.
   
    
7. Click Submit, then click Save.

Accessing Your Page on Desktop Devices

1. Go to Facebook.com and log in to your personal profile.
2. At the top right side of the page, click the black down arrow.
   The arrow turns blue, and the drop-down menu appears, where you can view and select your Business Page under See Your Profile.

Facebook Business Suite will let you manage up to 50 Pages from your smartphone or tablet. You can see Page activity, share business information, communicate with your audience, and see insights. The app is available on IOS and Android in some countries right now.

1. Download the Facebook Business Suite app from your app store.

2. Open the app and log in using the same details you use to sign in to your personal Facebook profile.
3. All Pages you have admin access should appear in the drop-down menu on the top left side of the screen.
