How Do I Access Invoices in My Account?

An invoice is a document used to record your transactions with Web.com. It is time-stamped and lists the items involved in the transaction. If you purchased products or services on credit, the invoice will include details about the terms of the deal and the payment methods available. This article has steps on how you can access invoices in your Web.com account.
How to View Invoices in Account
Follow the steps below to locate invoices in your account.
- Log in to https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the upper right corner of your account homepage, click on the person icon.
- Select Order History in the drop-down option.
- On the Order History page, you can do the following:
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right if you want to view the details of your invoice without leaving the Order History page.
- Hit the EXPORT INVOICES if you opt to export your invoice. A new tab will open, displaying the full details of your invoice. Below is an example of an exported invoice.
Note:- To save a local copy of the invoice:
- Right-click and hit the Print option.
- Click the drop-down menu under Printer, then select Save as PDF.
- Click Save.
- To print invoices in your account:
- Right-click and hit the Print option.
- Click the drop-down menu under Printer, then select the device you use for printing
- Click the Print button.
- To save a local copy of the invoice:
- Click the FILTERS button to filter invoices by date in your account or by payment method. Hit APPLY to filter your results.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right if you want to view the details of your invoice without leaving the Order History page.
All billing activities may not reflect on the page. If you cannot see some of your billing histories or can't find invoices in your account, please contact our Customer Care team at web.com, and we can email past invoices at your request.
