How Do I Set Up an FTP Account?

What is an FTP Account?

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) software makes it possible to copy data from your local computer to your website or the other way around. Through FTP, you can upload the files needed for your website.

Note: If you are using the Website Builder or File Manager, there is no need to use FTP. You can upload files to your website by clicking the Publish option in your Website Builder or clicking the Upload button in your File Manager.
