1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
   • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.
     
      
3. Select Store on the left navigation menu. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
4. In the Settings page, find the Sales Channels tile. Then, click on the Manage button, and you will be redirected to the Sales Channels page.
   
    
5. On the Sales Channels page, under the Marketplaces tab, click on the Connect Marketplaces button.
   
    
6. Select Connect to eBay. This will take you to the eBay integration page.
   
    
7. Choose the country you prefer as your default country in the Ebay Marketplace drop-down menu.
   

   Note: You will need to enable the pop-up window option from your browser settings, as it will open a new tab once you click Sign in to eBay.

8. Sign in to your eBay account on the eBay integration login page.
   
    
9. You will receive a Grant Application Access message. If you agree to grant Web.com's eCommerce dashboard access to your eBay account, click on the Agree button.
   
    
10. Once done, you will be redirected back to your eCommerce dashboard tab with eBay showing as connected.
