How to Request Changes for Your Pro Website Product

The purchase of a Pro Website or Pro Online Store with a Pro Support Subscription gives you access to request support 24/7 within your Account Manager. Pro Support requests are typically completed within 1-3 business days and processed through our Quality Control team. For minor changes, you can also call us by phone. Learn how to request changes for your Pro Website product or Pro Online Store product.

Non-Subscription Customers

If you are not currently a Pro Support subscriber, you can still get help. Pro Website Support Subscription is available to purchase as an add on to your QuickStart, Pro Website, or Pro Online Store product.

Add on Products

If you do not currently have a Pro Website Support Subscription and you purchase add-on products, we provide Pro Website Support for 14 days after the completion of your add-on(s).

  • Pro Online Product
  • Pro Website Gallery
  • Pro Website Page
  • Pro Website Rotating Banner
  • Pro Website Support

How to Request Changes

Follow the steps below to request changes for your Pro Website product or Pro Online Store product:

  1. Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On the left side of the page, select Websites or WordPress.
  3. Select the package where you want to make changes, then click the Manage button.
  4. If you have an active Pro Support service, simply navigate to the REQUEST A CHANGE button from your Account Manager to let us know how we can help. You can also upload any relevant documents, images, or files that our team will need to make the changes.

You can also make changes to your website anytime by clicking the LAUNCH WEBSITE BUILDER button.

If you do not see the REQUEST A CHANGE button, you can contact us to purchase a Pro Support Subscription or for one-time support.

  1. Complete all the required fields in the form, then click the SUBMIT button.
