Marketing Hub: Managing Accounts in SocialBooster

Overview

It can be extremely challenging to distinguish your business from competitors in today's marketplace. However, you can outperform them with the help of SocialBooster.

The Account tab within SocialBooster allows you to access and manage all your pages and accounts. You can add, view, and disconnect pages and social media accounts in one place.

How to View Accounts and Pages

Important: To view accounts and pages, you must connect to your GoogleFacebookTwitterInstagram, or LinkedIn account(s) first.

Follow the steps below to access your social media accounts and pages in SocialBooster:

  1. Log into your account by going to www.web.com, then click the Log In icon on the top right portion of the page.

  2. Enter your User ID and password.

  3. Once logged in to your account, click eCommerce on the left menu.

    • If you have one ecommerce product, you will see the Ecommerce Details page.
    • If you have more than one ecommerce product, you will see a list of your ecommerce products. Click Manage next to the product you would like to view to get to the Ecommerce Details page.
  4. On the Ecommerce Details page, click Manage Store. Your Ecommerce Dashboard will open.

  5. Once inside your Ecommerce account, click Marketing on the left menu, then select SocialBooster. You will automatically be taken to your Dashboard.

  1. Next, select Account from the options on the left menu. This is where you can access and manage all your pages and accounts.

How to Add Existing Pages

Follow the steps below to add existing pages:

  1. Within the Accounts tab, look for the account where you want to add an existing page.

  2. Click the Actions drop-down, then select Add Existing Pages.

  3. Select available pages to connect and click Save.

How to View Pages

Follow the steps below to view existing pages:

  1. Within the Accounts tab, look for the account where you want to view a page.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis and select View Page.

  3. You will be routed to the page on a new window.

 

How to Disconnect Pages

Follow the steps below to disconnect existing pages:

  1. Within the Accounts tab, look for the account where you want to disconnect a page.

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis and select Disconnect Page.

  3. Select Disconnect Page.

    Note: You cannot post to this page once you are disconnected.

 

How to Disconnect Account

Follow the steps below to disconnect your social media account:

  1. Within the Accounts tab, look for the account you want to disconnect.

  2. Click the Actions drop-down, then select Disconnect Account.

  3. Read the disclaimer and select Disconnect Account if you agree. Choose Keep Connected to cancel the request.

    Important:You cannot post, update, or monitor analytics from SocialBooster to this page once disconnected. Existing posts will still be accessible, but you must update directly through your social media account.
