Adding a New Service
For you to learn on how to manage domain connections with Web.com, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side of the page, select Domains.
Note: If you have multiple domain names on the account, select the domain name you want to manage.
- Expand the Domain Connections section by clicking on it.
- The Domain Connections page will show.
- To connect your domain to a website, click on + CONNECT WEBSITE.
- To connect domain to an email service, click on + CONNECT EMAIL.
- To connect domain name to a hosting service, click on + CONNECT HOSTING.
Note: Under the Connected Services, you can find all the connections in this table. For you to check the domain connections and to manage it, click on the MANAGE button beside it.
- Select the service(s) you wish to connect to.
- Upon continuing further, the new service will be connected to your domain.
The new service is connected to your domain. Please allow 24-48 hours for the connection to update throughout the internet.
Disconnecting a Service
Follow the steps below on how to disconnect a service.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side of the page, select Domains.
Note: If you have multiple domain names on the account, select the domain name you want to manage.
- Expand the Domain Connections section by clicking on it.
- Under the Connected Services table, select the service that you want to disconnect.
- Click MANAGE.
You may now disconnect the service from the domain name on this page.
