Website/Marketing: Builder Contact Forms + Contact CRM Integration
Marketing: Standalone Contact Forms
Even though you have a great contact form block in your Site Editor, you may still need to use contact forms in other places, such as social media links and special coupons. With our new custom form builder, you can create custom contact forms that can be shared or embedded online where you need them.
All contact form submissions get stored in the Customers section of your eCommerce account. This makes it easier to keep all your relevant contact information in one place, whether from a social media page or a booth at your trade show.
You can easily see relevant statistics about your contact forms to help you decide if one option is more effective.

eCommerce Dashboard Navigation Changes
Intuitive Online Presence Navigation
The eCommerce tool now has a new home dashboard and more intuitive navigation! Our goal was to make it easier for you to find and access the products you need when you need them.
Within your new Home dashboard, you will see an onboard checklist with the recommended steps to bring your website to life.

Theme Settings: Timeline Section
The new Theme Settings feature in the Timeline section enables you to change components of the Timeline and its captions globally. You can change the Timeline layout, shape, alignment, color of elements, and caption styles.

Anchor Functionality
We will launch the new Anchor functionality for the website Navigation menu. The feature will allow you to add anchor links in the navigation menu on your websites. This is particularly helpful for one-page websites to make navigating the sections easier.

Custom Validation: Contact Form
We are pleased to announce that the custom validation improvements for the contact form have been added to the Site Editor. This allows you to add a custom validation message to any of the following Contact Form fields: Text, Text Area, Select, Radio, Full Name, Address, Email, Phone, Facebook, Twitter, Link, Date, Number, or Currency to ensure the proper information/format is populated on those fields.

Contact CRM Integration
Integrating our Site Editor with our Contact CRM allows you to save site visitors' contact form information and easily access it when needed for future contacts, email campaigns, or sales tracking. When your customer fills out a contact form on your website, the information will automatically be stored in the Contact Form Inbox within your eCommerce account. This will help you quickly and easily grow your customer base.

Onboarding Tour v2: Tooltips for Features, Sidebars, and Blocks
Building a website can be overwhelming. To help you get started, we have created the Onboarding Tour functionality to make it easier for you to build an amazing website. The Tooltips for Features, Sidebars, and Blocks will be launched by clicking the ⓘ icon. You can follow a guided introduction of the main platform components via short descriptions and videos. Learn More options will also expand the help widget to present relevant help articles along your journey.

We are pleased to announce the release of our Surveys feature under the Customers option on the left navigation menu of your eCommerce account. You can create custom surveys for your email marketing campaigns or directly on your website. Once you have sent it out, you can see the results in the Survey Insight section.

Website: Countdown Section Theme Settings
To provide you with more options in the Countdown section of your website, you can now update the layout and style of the countdown and its captions through your Theme Settings. You can change the layout (numbers and numbers or numbers only) and the text font, style, format, size, and colors for both the countdown and caption sections.

Online Store and Online Marketplaces: Real-Time Shipping Rates at Checkout
We are pleased to release the new Real-Time Shipping Rates feature. When using USPS as the default carrier, you can now enable real-time shipping rates on your store checkout flow. This allows you to collect the exact shipping cost from your customers at the time of purchase; no more manual calculations or estimations are required.
As part of this update, all shipping-related settings have been moved to a new Shipments section in the global setting of the eCommerce product.
In Shipments Settings, convenient tabs at the top allow you to add/update carriers, control default settings, access configurations for Packing Slips/Pick Lists, and control the shipping settings for your Online Store.
In the Online Store tab, you can choose the type of shipping you want to offer, including Free Shipping, Flat Rate, Shipping Charge Per Product, and Real Time Rate. Under Real Time Rate, you can select from domestic and international shipping options, provide fallback amounts (the rate displayed when real-time shipping is unavailable), and configure shipping/pickup address options.

Marketing: Domain Availability Checker/Social Handle Checker
The new Domain Availability and Social Handle Checker products help you pick the best name possible for your business. It allows you to check the availability of the different business names you are considering for your small business. This is handy, especially when deciding between different names for your business.
Domain Availability Checker
The new Domain Availability Checker in the Branding section of your eCommerce product provides an AI assistant tool for offering different domain name suggestions for your business based on your business description. It allows you to immediately see the availability of the domain names rather than later finding out that the perfect name for your business has already been taken.
Social Handle Checker
Once you have decided on the top contenders for your business name, enter the social handle you are considering and quickly see if it has already been taken on the primary social platforms. Having the correct social handle for your business can significantly impact your marketing success.
Campaign Ideas Template
The new Campaign Ideas Template automatically pulls all the text and images associated with the Campaign Idea you selected into the template to help you get started on your latest campaign creation.

With the Timeline feature, you can add Timelines to your website to show details for running activities, past projects, and historical moments. It displays a specific date, primary text, and a short event description. You can locate the Timeline feature in the Features tab of your website.

With the latest updates to the Icon gallery, you can update your website with icons offered by other website-building solutions. The new feature also includes an enhanced icon search functionality to make finding the icon you need easier.

- Design Studio - You have all the tools to produce amazing photos for your marketing campaigns, from custom filters to advanced editing tools.
- Social Booster - Makes social media marketing simple with a single platform connecting to all your social sites for scheduling posts and monitoring profiles.
- Email Marketing/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool –
- You can create powerful automated campaigns or one-time emails with customizable email templates – no coding required.

Scheduling has also been integrated with our Website product for faster editing. Drag and drop services and entire service catalogs right onto your website and start taking appointments. You can also use Scheduling on its own by sharing appointment booking links with your customers. Moreover, you can accept payments via Stripe and PayPal so your customers can pay when they book.
Scheduling is free on our Website + Marketing, Online Store, and eCommerce plans. If you have a different Website plan, Scheduling is available for purchase on your Website Details page in the Account Manager. Website/Online Store and eCommerce: Theme Animation
With theme animation, you can now enable the automatic animation of elements and features throughout your site. Once enabled, you will see elements animate on your published site.
Theme Animation can be enabled site-wide via the General Settings.

The new Countdown section allows you to add animated countdown clocks via website features or blocks to your websites. It’s a great way to emphasize special events and celebrations or add urgency to promotions.
Countdown also has pre-built blocks, so you can use the new feature within seconds.

Not sure what to call your business? Get some great ideas from our AI (Artificial Intelligence) based Business Name Generator. Enter one word that best relates to your business, and the tool will provide a long list of options. As you scroll through the list, place a star on the ones you like, and they will go to the top of the list for easy reference.
Social Handle Checker
No more picking a business name just to find out the social handle you want to use has already been taken. Now, you can quickly and easily see if the social handle you are considering is available on different social platforms.
Online Store and eCommerce: Online Store UI Updates
With our latest releases, you will now see an updated layout when navigating to the Online Store settings in your eCommerce tool.
Previously, settings were accessed via tabs at the top of the page. To make the experience more consistent, setting options are now accessed via the Store on the left-hand navigation, then Settings.
Once in the Online Store Settings, you can make changes by selecting Manage on the relevant card.
Online Store and eCommerce: Convert Product to Parent Product
Online Store and Online Marketplaces customers can now quickly convert Products to Parent Products within their eCommerce tool. A Parent Product is often used to group and manage varying products in your inventory (for example, t-shirts that come in different sizes).
When editing a product, click on the 3 dots next to Save and select Convert to Parent.
