We no longer offer Microsoft Office 365 products. If you have already purchased Microsoft Office 365, you may continue to manage your subscription through the Account Manager. If you are looking for a professional email solution, Google Workspace is an excellent alternative to professional email and provides a full suite of productivity and communication tools.
This article will guide you through navigating the new Foundation dashboard.
In this article, we will discuss:
Account Settings
Follow the steps below to access your account settings.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the upper right corner of the Account Manager page, click your user profile.
- You will have options to manage your profile, account users, payment methods, order history, and renewal center. You will also have options to go to the marketplace, buy more products, and log out of the account.
Domain Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access your Domain dashboard.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side of the page, click Domains.
- If you only have one domain in the account, you will be taken directly to the Domain dashboard.
- If you have multiple domains in the account, you will need to select a domain name and then click the SETTINGS button to access the Domain dashboard page.
- You have accessed the Domain dashboard, where you can manage your domain settings.
- Domain Overview – This is where you will see your domain's status, renewal status, and listed owner.
- Domain Connections – This is where you can connect your domain to a product or service.
- Domain Contacts – This is where you can add, edit, or delete domain contacts and turn on/off Private Registration.
- Transfer or Move Domain – This is where you begin the process of transferring your domain to another account, person, or domain provider. You can also manage the domain lock settings here.
- Advanced Tools – This is where you manage your nameservers and Advanced DNS records.
Email Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access the Email dashboard.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side, click Standard Email.
- You have accessed the Email dashboard.
Hosting Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access your web hosting dashboard.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side of the page, click Hosting.
- If you only have one hosting package, you will be taken directly to the Hosting control panel.
- If you have multiple hosting packages, you will need to select a package name and then click the MANAGE button to access the Hosting control panel.
- You have accessed the Hosting control panel. On the HOSTING SUMMARY page will be your Hosting Plan, Server Information, and Hosting Tools.
Security Dashboard
Follow the steps below to access the Security dashboard.
- Log in to your Account Manager via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
- On the left side, click Security.
- You have accessed the Security dashboard. On the All Products tab, all security products will be listed. There are also separate tabs for each security product we offer.
