How to Set Up a Recovery Email in Cloud Mail

Set up a recovery email to safeguard your business email account against unauthorized access and password loss. This essential step ensures a seamless account recovery process, allowing you to quickly regain access through a verification email sent to your designated recovery address.

To set a up recovery email, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Cloud Mail.
  2. Click on the My Account icon, then select Password Recovery.

  3. Complete the Captcha.
  4. Enter and confirm your recovery email, then click Save changes.

  5. Enter the verification code sent to your recovery email, then click Confirm verification code.

    Note: If you are having trouble entering the verification code, please try the following:
    • Type the verification code twice
    • Copy and paste the code

  6. Click Close.
    Once done, click Close
