- Log in to Cloud Mail.
- Click on the My Account icon, then select Password Recovery.
- Complete the Captcha.
- Enter and confirm your recovery email, then click Save changes.
- Enter the verification code sent to your recovery email, then click Confirm verification code.
Note: If you are having trouble entering the verification code, please try the following:- Type the verification code twice
- Copy and paste the code
- Click Close.
