How to View Your eCommerce Order Status

An eCommerce order status will help you monitor the advancement of an order and locate an order that requires attention. You can sort through your orders with the different types of order statuses.

There are four types of order statuses that you can monitor within your eCommerce store. Please select from the options below to understand the meaning of each eCommerce order status and how to view them:

Paid Orders

Paid orders are orders the customer has successfully paid for through your eCommerce site. To track these orders, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.

  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Store on the left menu and choose Sales from the options.

  4. By default, you will be taken to the Paid Orders tab.

  5. From this page, you can execute the following actions:
    • Export Orders in Bulk
    • Create Shipments Individually and in Bulk
    • View Details
    • Create a Purchase Order
    • Cancel an Order
    • Mark it as Complete

Unpaid Orders

Unpaid orders are orders that customers have placed but not paid for yet. To track these orders, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.

  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Store on the left menu and choose Sales from the options.

  4. Click on the Unpaid Orders tab.

  5. From this page, you can execute the following actions:
    • Create Shipments Individually and in Bulk
    • View Details
    • Mark as Paid
    • Create a Purchase Order
    • Cancel an Order
    • Mark it as Complete

Closed Orders

Closed orders are orders that have been marked as completed. To track these orders, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login.
  2. On your Account Manager homepage, click eCommerce on the left menu. If you only have one eCommerce product, you will be automatically routed to your eCommerce dashboard.
    • If you have multiple eCommerce products, click LAUNCH next to the product you would like to update.

  3. In your eCommerce dashboard, click Store on the left menu and choose Sales from the options.

  4. Click on the Closed Orders tab.

  5. From this page, you can execute the following actions:
    • Create Shipments Individually and in Bulk
    • Export Order Details to Your Accounting Software
    • View Details
    • Reprocess an Order
    • Create a Purchase Order

Abandoned Carts
