POP3 vs. IMAP for Outlook 2019 Setup
Choosing between POP3 and IMAP is your personal choice. POP3 setup means you are using one device to access your email. Your emails will be stored locally but will not be stored on the server. This means you won't see your emails if you access your email account from a different device.
IMAP setup means you can access your email from multiple devices, such as your computer or smartphone. Emails are stored on the server, which means you can access messages from any device at any time.

Review
You can set up your email accounts in Outlook 2019 by choosing between POP3 and IMAP protocols. POP3 is great if you're checking your emails mostly from one device, as it downloads and stores them locally, freeing up server space. On the other hand, IMAP is ideal for accessing your emails from multiple devices since it keeps everything stored on the server. Once you have set up your email, manage your emails efficiently to improve conversions for your business.
