  1. Log in to your account via https://www.web.com/my-account/login
  2. Click on Hosting on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Select the Windows package you want to manage by clicking the Manage button. 
  4. In the HCP (Hosting Control Panel), scroll down, and under Configurations, select IIS Settings.

     
  5. You can click the  Recycle button to recycle once or you can recycle automatically at a specified time by clicking the  Enable button, which is on the right-hand side of Automatic Recycling.

     
  6. Hit the Save button.

Following these steps should fix the issue automatically. If not, you would need to review your website code to resolve the issue.
