How Do I Update the Email Settings in My Email Client?

Configuring an email client's email settings is like moving into a new home and figuring out where to put everything so they all function as they should. In essence, you're giving your email program instructions like sending and receiving emails and handling spam emails. Users who want to improve their email experience or fix problems with sending or receiving messages frequently ask, "How do I update the email settings in my email client?". If you need to view or change your email account settings, gather your email settings, then follow the instructions for your specific device.
