How Do I Update My Contact Information in support.web.com?
Important: This article only applies to customers who log in to the Account Manager through support.web.com. If you log in through https://www.web.com/my-account/login, visit the article for updating through the Account Center.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information is crucial for managing your account effectively. By regularly updating your contact information, you can avoid missing out on important notifications, such as changes to your account balance, upcoming payments, or any security-related issues.
You can update the following contact information at any time:
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Primary Email
Below are steps to update your contact information.
- Click here to log in to your Account Manager.
- Click My Account in the upper right corner of the page, then select Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click the Edit button in the User Profile panel.
- In the Edit User Profile Details panel, make any updates to your existing contact information.
- Click the Save Changes button.
You have updated your contact information.
