As of February 1, 2011, the following monthly Web.com products and/or services will be billed on a recurring basis every four (4) weeks:

  • Business Builder
  • Ecommerce
  • Hosting
  • Hosted Exchange
  • Email
  • Perfect Privacy
  • Domain Expiration Protection
  • Web Marketing (including Email Marketing)
  • Extra Disk Space
  • My EZ Clicks

Additionally, as of March 1, 2011 all monthly billing for the Web.com eWorks! XL and Visibility Online products and/or services will be billed on a recurring basis every four (4) weeks.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO WEB.COM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

REFERRAL, RESELLER AND AFFILIATE TERMS

Web.com Resellers are subject to the Web.com Reseller Program Description and the Reseller Program Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Web.com Referral Program is subject to the Web.com Referral Program Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Web.com Affiliate Program offered through Commission Junction is subject to the Web.com Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

Web.com has been properly licensed by the Georgia Public Service Commission to use such service observing equipment. {This notice is required by the Georgia Public Service Commission}.

POLICY ON THIRD PARTY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

It is Web.com's policy to respond with reasonable promptness to subpoenas and other legal process served on Web.com or its subsidiaries that seek information, documents or other business records. Third parties wishing to serve such process on Web.com may do so in writing to Web.com Group, Inc., ATTN: Legal Department, 12808 Gran Bay Parkway West, Jacksonville, FL 32258 or facsimile to (904) 880-0350. Web.com will evaluate each such request based upon the applicable law and facts. An administrative fee of Seventy-Five dollars ($75.00) will be charged for each request to cover Web.com's fees and expenses in responding to the request. Web.com may require the requesting party to pay the applicable hourly rate for requests that require significant engineering or technical support. Web.com may also charge additional amounts for requests that require substantial photocopying, third party charges or other expenses. Web.com expressly reserves any rights under applicable law in connection with its receipt, evaluation and any response to, any third party requests or legal process.

VENDORS

Purchase orders issued by Web.com to vendors incorporate by reference the Web.com Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
