Form must be completed for all Web.com product purchases.

Web.com Business Consultant hours of operation are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. 

If customer is ready to set up their Web.com services and it’s during the above hours of operation:

1. Fill out the form fields but do not click submit yet.
2. Place customer on hold while you call 866-888-6308 to get the Business Consultant on the phone.
3. When Business Consultant answers, provide them with the customers’ name and phone number.
4. Select “Transferred” in the form and click “Submit” then wait for the Business Consultant to confirm they found the account.
5. Conference the customer in, introduce them to the Business Consultant and exit the call.
6. If your call does not get answered, let your customer know that a Web.com Business Consultant will reach out to them within the next business day or they can call at their convenience at the 866-888-6308.
7. Select “Callback” in the form and then click “Submit”.

If they are not ready to set up their services right now, let them know a Business Consultant will call them back during business hours or they can call at their convenience at the 866-888-6308.
